Yesterday, when I was watching the news, my True Self, who I call Eagle, came in.
Remember that you live in an experience world. When you have judgments about the news, you are involved in the drama of other people, and you become an actor on the stage. When you choose sides, you are involved in the drama as well.
OK, I understand, but should I avoid watching the news?
That’s up to you, of course, you have free will. But you might consider looking at the news differently.
You know that experience is never “good” or “bad”. It’s just experience and, as such, perfect because it leads to more wisdom and increased conscious awareness. So, when you are able to accept that everything you hear and see in the news is perfect, because it is experience, you are an observer. And, a true observer has no judgments.
If you want to become an observer, looking at the news without judging is an excellent training.
This morning on my daily walk with Boofie, I was playing with my thoughts about “thinking”.
I know all thoughts create or, to put it differently: “all of our thoughts have vibrations that attract what we broadcast”.
My True self, who I call Eagle, came in immediately:
All of your thoughts create your personal reality. Negative and positive thoughts always come from the thinking mind. Negative thoughts create experiences you don’t like, and positive thoughts create so called “good” experiences. However, both are just what they are: “EXPERIENCES”. And all experiences lead to wisdom and more conscious awareness.
Only when you think with the mind of your heart, you create balance, harmony and perfection.
This morning on my walk in the hills with our dog Boofie, my friend Eagle showed up.
Eagle is the name I have given to my True Self, who lives in my heart. Most of the time she stays on the background, but today she just started communicating with me. I talk about “SHE”, because I feel her energy as female right now. She does not talk to me the same way as the Archangels talk to my wife and partner Marilyn as a channeler. No, the “speaking” I hear is more a kind of feeling, an “intuitive knowing”.
Anyhow, Eagle asked me to involve her in my writings when that is appropriate, because she has a lot of information for people. Of course, I agreed.
Eagle is very important to me. She is my True Self, my best Friend, my guide, my consultant and advisor. I gave her the name Eagle, because that name represents for me what she is. She is powerful, she has dignity. She lives in our world, but soars also close to the higher realms. She is part of our world, but at the same time she observes our world as a spectator. She is a kind of interface between Earth and the higher realms. Many indigenous people regard the Eagle as a messenger of the Beings of the Light.
I asked Eagle if she had a message today. Yes, she said: “the message for today is that peace is balance. Peace is not an agreement between enemies or opposite forces, but the acknowledgement of the unity of good and bad, light and darkness, love and fear, ego and shadow, yin and yang”.
So, now you know a little bit more about my friend Eagle. Have a great day.
Before my daily walk in the hills with our dog Boofie, I read a quote from Henry Miller: “Don’t look for miracles, you yourself are a miracle.”
I love that quote, because it feels so good to be a miracle.
I didn’t want to keep that thought all to myself, so in the hills I said: “Listen Boofie, maybe you won’t believe it, but we are miracles.”
He looked at me as if he would say: “I know that!” Of course, he was right. For animals, everything is a miracle. Only human beings use their logical mind, and because the logical mind defines everything that it can understand as natural, miracles become automatically supernatural.
Fortunately, we also have a heart, and the heart loves miracles. Isn’t it a miracle that we can fall in love, that we can forgive, that we can create children, relationships, and art. When we start living from our hearts we become living miracles. Boofie is already a living miracle, but I don’t tell him that, because he knows it already
This morning I walked with our dog Boofie in the hills again. It was a bright, fresh morning. When we reached a more or less deserted area, I started doing my exercises while Boofie was reading the “K-9 Morning News”. By reading the smells, Boofie knows exactly which dogs have been there already and which wild animals roamed around there during the night and early morning.
After this ritual, Boofie and I have our meditation walk. When I walk, I just allow thoughts to pop up. This morning I was playing with my thoughts about “All Is ONE”, because I felt ONENESS with everything around me at that moment. We quietly walked over the grass between the trees, and then, something beautiful happened: I started seeing myself in the trees, the plants, the rocks, and the California Poppies now blooming in all their glory. Not that I saw a picture of me in the trees and rocks, but I knew that the trees, the rocks, and all beings around me could feel me the same way as I could feel them. All cells of my body must have the same feeling when they become aware of the fact that we are one, that they are me and I am them. Yes, for me “feeling” is the key to ONENESS.
